2.  For prepaid order refunds, the refund will be processed to the original payment method used during the purchase. For COD (Cash on Delivery) orders, customer bank details are required to process the refund. Additionally, a store credit option is also available for COD orders.
3.  If you receive defective, incorrect, or damaged products, please report the issue within 48 hours of delivery.
